Warranty and Product Issues Policy

This Warranty and Product Issues Policy explains how Aurora Kitche handles defective products, missing parts, product non-conformity, damage, and warranty-related requests for all orders delivered to the United States, Germany, Netherlands, France, and Austria. This Policy does not override or limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.

1. Product Condition & Natural Variations

We aim to deliver products that match all official product descriptions, images, specifications, and applicable quality standards.
Furniture made of natural wood, fabric, leather, or handmade materials may present minor natural variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and tone between units. These inherent material differences are normal and not considered manufacturing defects, unless explicitly marked as non-negotiable quality standards on the product page.

2. Reporting Product Issues

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, incomplete, missing components, or not consistent with the product description, please contact our customer support team promptly at info@aurorakitche.com.
To speed up review and resolution, please provide your order number, full product name, detailed issue description, clear photos or videos of the problem area, photos of outer/inner packaging (for shipping damage claims), and any product labels, batch numbers, or identifying tags if available.

3. Missing Parts, Hardware & Documentation

If your order arrives missing assembly hardware, spare parts, tools, instruction manuals, or accessories, please submit a support request. Depending on your order situation and product type, we will provide appropriate remedies including free replacement parts, hardware resupply, digital assembly instructions, technical guidance, or other valid support solutions.

4. Definition of Manufacturing Defects

A valid manufacturing defect refers to structural, functional, or material flaws existing at the time of delivery, caused by factory production errors or defective raw materials.
The following scenarios are not classified as manufacturing defects and are not covered by warranty remedies: normal wear and tear after daily use; damage caused by improper assembly, incorrect installation, or failure to follow official care instructions; unauthorized modification, disassembly, or self-repair; damage from moisture, high heat, direct sunlight, liquid spills, pet activity, accidental impact, or improper storage; and damage caused by commercial overuse beyond household intended purposes.

5. Available Remedies

Based on the verified issue type, product condition, and applicable local consumer laws, we offer targeted remedies including but not limited to: replacement parts, professional repair guidance, full product replacement, partial refund, full refund via product return, or other legally required solutions.
We reserve the right to request visual evidence (photos/videos) or product inspection before approving any warranty remedy to confirm issue authenticity.

6. EU Legal Conformity Guarantee (Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria)

For all consumers located in Germany, Netherlands, France, and Austria, this policy supplements and does not replace your mandatory EU statutory conformity guarantee rights under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and Consumer Goods Sales Directive.
EU consumers enjoy a minimum 2-year legal warranty period starting from the date of goods delivery. Any product non-conformity or manufacturing defect existing at delivery and discovered within 2 years is eligible for statutory remedies. For defects appearing within the first 12 months after delivery, a legal presumption applies that the defect existed at the time of delivery, requiring no further proof from the consumer.
These statutory rights prevail over any conflicting terms in this voluntary policy and cannot be waived or limited.

7. US Consumer Rights

For United States customers, this policy complies with federal and Florida state consumer protection laws. Voluntary warranty remedies coexist with your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

8. Third-Party Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include an official manufacturer warranty. Where applicable, warranty terms will be displayed on the product page, printed packaging, or official instruction manuals.
Manufacturer-provided warranties are supplementary benefits and do not replace your mandatory statutory consumer guarantee rights under local law.
